Join us for a peaceful and inspiring workshop where mindfulness meets creativity. Wreaths have been cherished as symbols of protection, renewal and the turning of the seasons. They embody creativity, celebration and connection. A timeless circle with no beginning and no end. We will begin with some grounding using Energy medicine techniques along with meditation. Then move into hands on wreath making. All supplies included. Feel free to bring anything special that You may like to repurpose and incorporate in your wreath creation. It’s what makes it special.
