A combination of Energy Medicine Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Solstice Ritual, and Reflection.

Please note that both Yoga Rituals are prepaid events. Whether you attend one or both of these Yoga Rituals bring a small significant object for the altar like a crystal, picture, or jewelry. A mat, blanket, journal, pen, and anything that makes you comfy!
